A busy Manchester based law firm

THE ROLE

Corporate Lawyer to take on work for existing clients

THE CANDIDATES

With at least 2pqe and up to senior level, you will not need to bring a following.

You will ideally have worked at a law firm or law firms with a strong reputation in corporate transactional work

You will have a strong grounding in company law with a thorough understanding and experience of corporate deals and be comfortable with working on high value and complex transactions.

Previous experience of group reorganisations and joint venture / shareholder arrangements welcome

The client base is mainly SMEs, high net worths and entrepreneurs
